Repetitive strain injury (RSI) is a general term used to describe the pain felt in muscles, nerves and tendons caused by repetitive movement and overuse. RSI has many possible causes, and a wide range of possible symptoms such as tenderness or pain in the affected muscle or joint, a throbbing or pulsating sensation in the affected area, tingling, especially the hand or arm and in more severe cases loss of sensation and loss of strength.
RSI Support has been designed to provide support for the injured soft tissue and joints and to reduce the inflammation caused by RSI. RSI Support is also commonly used by individuals affected by arthritis and joint stiffness.
