Cancellation & Returns

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you can refuse the package and have the unopened package returned to us. The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact us. We want to make sure your experience with Vitasecrets is as satisfactory as possible.

Please note that international orders may be subject to seizure or return by the customs department. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or accept responsibility for orders affected by customs issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import regulations.
